Forest Hills Pointe

Forest Hills Pointe is located in Aberdeen near the intersection of Sun Road and Sandhills Blvd.  Averette Engineering has provided plot plans, foundations, and construction staking for the homes.  On occasion when a home doesn’t fit on a lot because of size or terrain issues we take care of it by revising the lot sizes and recording a new plat.
