Longhill Pointe

Longhill Pointe is located on McCloskey Rd near the intersection of Ramsey Street about a mile north of I-295.  Averette Engineering took this property from a raw piece of land and developed it into the apartment and townhome community it is today.  Averette Engineering performed the initial boundary survey and designed the roads and home layouts.  The project required designing roads, water, sewer, and storm drain to include a storm water retention pond to handle the drainage for the property.  Averette Engineering provided the construction staking and platting for the project.  The project was completed in March 2011.  Unfortunately the property was hit by a tornado in April 2011 destroying two-thirds of the homes.  Averette Engineering assisted the developer with rebuilding the homes and today all homes have been restored.
