Mitchell’s Landing
Phase One of Mitchell’s Landing Subdivision was completed in the Fall of 2009. The subdivision is located between Copper Creek Subdivision and Twelve Oaks North Subdivision in Hoke County, NC. Phase two and three were completed in 2012 and individual lots are currently under construction. Averette Engineering has recently completed design of phase four and is planned for construction in the Summer of 2013.
Averette Engineering performed the initial survey and design of the subdivision. The project required the design of streets, lots, water, and storm drain. Averette Engineering also provided plot plans, foundations, and construction staking for the homes.
